Converting Leads to Deals in Zoho CRM

In this quick video we are converting Leads to Deals (or Potentials) in a Zoho CRM. We will enter a lead through a company website and allow it to automatically populate in the CRM, then we will manually convert the Lead to a Deal. This can also be done automatically using a Workflow, but in this video we will keep it simple so that you can easily understand and follow the process.
